Meet our team

We have a 40+ year history that has evolved from syndicating deals in the first 19 years of our existence, to investing high net worth discretionary capital, to then forming institutional separate account/joint ventures, and most recently investing on behalf of commingled institutional discretionary funds over the past 10 years.

The IEC team is a cohesive group that blends the legacy of its heritage with dynamic energy. Culturally we share the same values. We are entrepreneurial, creative, and nimble - we get things done with grit and perseverance. While at the same time, we have the acumen, established processes, and fiduciary integrity of an institutional owner. IEC’s investment committee has an average tenure with the firm of >10 years. Diversity of thought is an important ingredient to our success.
